Ordflow Integration Guide

Integration Instructions for Existing Users

BigCommerce

Log in to your BigCommerce admin dashboard.
Go to the BigCommerce Marketplace.
Search for Ordflow using the search bar.
Select the Ordflow app and click Install.
Approve the requested permissions and click Confirm.
You will be redirected to the Ordflow Onboarding Page.
If you already have an account, log in. Otherwise, follow the instructions to contact us for setup.
Done!

Etsy

Log in to your Etsy Shop.
Open your Ordflow Workspace.
Click Integrations on the side menu.
Click + Add Channel.
Click the Etsy icon — you’ll be redirected to Etsy.
Click Allow Access — you’ll return to Ordflow.
Done!

Amazon

Log in to your Amazon Seller Central.
Open your Ordflow Workspace.
Click Integrations on the side menu.
Click + Add Channel.
Select the Amazon icon and add a channel name (any name).
Confirm and authorize the connection in Amazon.
Done!

Shopify

Log in to your Shopify Admin Panel.
Open your Ordflow Workspace.
Click Integrations on the side menu.
Click + Add Channel.
Enter your Shopify subdomain (e.g., shop-name for https://shop-name.myshopify.com).
Install the Ordflow app when prompted.
Done!

eBay

Log in to your eBay Seller Hub.
Open your Ordflow Workspace.
Click Integrations on the side menu.
Click + Add Channel.
Select the eBay icon and provide a channel name.
Authorize access in eBay and return to Ordflow.
Done!

WooCommerce

Enter your WooCommerce store URL. Example: www.mystore.com
Generate a new Consumer Key and Consumer Secret by following the instructions provided in the official WooCommerce documentation .
Enter the credentials below and click Save to connect your store.
Done!
